Lousy Production for a Hasty Decision

I always have the reason to be disappointed with FILIPINO voters. They always vote unwisely!

First, Melai won while Paul Jake deserves it. Noynoy won wile Richard Gordon deserves the spot and now... James Reid won while anyone from Devon Seron and Ivan Dorschner deserves to win it.

Grabe ang nangyari pero mababa ang entertainment and glamour value ng production na ginanap sa Ynares Sports Center di gaya ng sa PBB Double Up.

Narito ang isang review at ulat from Sun Star Manila=...

ROBERT James Reid, the "Dashing Dude of Australia" was named as the Big Winner in Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Teen Clash of 2010 Big Night held at the Ynares Sports Center in Antipolo City Saturday evening.

The half-Australian, half-Filipino housemate grew up in the land down under but is currently living in the country with his father.

James entered the house last May 1 with the rest of the teenternational housemates and shared during an interview that he misses the laid-back lifestyle in Aussie.

The Big Winner captured the attention of many with his Australian accent and talents. He is a guitarist, gymnast, swimmer and tri-athlete.

Inside the house James shown that he is a team player and can easily adjust to the magnified life inside PBB.

He was also the first one to understand the feelings and situation of Pinoy housemate Tricia Santos when everyone had a hard time with her.

On his 20th day inside the house, many were surprised when James was rushed to the hospital after suffering from chest pains.

The teenternationals were all in panic when Big Brother announced that James will be force evicted if he cannot return inside the house within 24 hours.

He was diagnosed with costochondritis, a condition that causes chest pain due to inflammation of the cartilage and chest wall. But after a few hours James was given clearance by the hospital and was allowed to go back inside the house just in time for "The Big Goal Concert."

Big Brother then allowed him to help all his housemates by being the concert's supervisor. During the Big Night, PBB also announced that the housemates were able to collect P580,000 which will help the Philippine Football team to the Homeless World Cup in Brazil this September.

James got a total of 179,294 or 19.75% votes. He received P1 million, a Sony Vaio laptop, 46" Sony LCD tv, Crystal Clear franchise and Asian tour for two in three key destination in Asia and a P3 million worth of condominium unit from Globe Asiatique.

Ryan Bang, the "Simpatikong Leader of Korea" came as the 2nd Big Placer with 169,797 or 18.02% of votes.

The "Charming Angel of Cebu" Fretzie Bercede" and Devon May Seron, the "Bubbly Promdi of Cebu" came out in 3rd with 145,176 or 15.99% and 4th place with 142,876 or 15.74% of votes respectively.

This is the first time in PBB history that two Cebuana housemates went all the way to the Big Night. In last season's Pinoy Big Brother Double Up only one Cebuano housemate, John Paul Castillo, went to the finals and took the second big place trophy.

Ivan Dorschner, the "Filipino-Irish model of California" went home in the fifth position with 137,402 or 15.14% votes and was followed by the "Indie Singer of USA" Bret Jackson with 133,239 or 14.68% of votes. The latter went to Siliman University in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental before entering the PBB house.

During the Big Night Melissa Cantiveros, PBB Double Up Big Winner, graced the dance floor with the ex-teen housemates.

Teen singer Sam Concepcion opened the event with the song "Pyramid" by Charice and Pilipinas Got Talent finalist Velasco Brothers also performed during the night.

On Sunday "High Five: The Big Five years of PBB Concert" will be airing on ABS-CBN after "Sharon."

Stars that are expected to grace the reunion concert are Melai Cantiveros, Jason Francisco, John Pratts, Uma Khouny, Cassandra Ponti, Keanna Reeves, Will Devaughn, Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu.
